HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Respond to recruitment needs by working with department heads and supervisors, source candidates based on skills & experience, maintain talent pools for sourcing, qualify and screen candidates, and deliver business’ needs for talent.
- Data analysis: Work with HR data, analyze trends, ensure accuracy of HR records.
- Onboarding: Welcome and process new employees.
- Deliver training: Run workshops & briefings on HR policies, procedures and systems.
- Offboarding: Process departing employees upon resignation, retirement, other cases.
- Support payroll: Facilitate verifications and payments.
Qualifications & requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or any field.
- Experience: 1-3 years relevant experience. Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply.
- Computing skills: Need to be good with the Internet, Google, ChatGPT, computers, Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Canva (have watched tonnes of Youtube videos, taken Udemy courses, or other learning methods for self-improvement).
CORPORATE FINANCE ANALYST
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate the feasibility of various projects and assess their impact on the Group across multiple financial scenarios.
- Conduct in-depth financial analyses, encompassing variance analysis, trend analysis, forecasts, and financial modeling, to facilitate well-informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Head of Strategy & Investment to oversee the allocation of capital resources, including investments, debt, and equity, to maximize returns while minimizing risks.
- Participate in corporate exercises undertaken by the Group, including the preparation of pertinent information, evaluations, due diligence, assessments, and other requirements stipulated by regulators, legal entities, and stakeholders.
- Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
Qualifications & requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in finance or a relevant field.
- Minimum 4 years professional experience within an investment bank, accountancy firm (corporate finance teams), management consultancy, venture capital, growth or private equity firm.
- Experience with project appraisals and corporate exercises.
- Very strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience preparing compelling presentations and materials that effectively communicate business strategy, financial performance, and growth potential.
