Ireka Corporation Berhad contributes RM15,000 towards Tabung Bencana

 

October 2009: Ireka Corporation Berhad contributed a total of RM15,000 towards the Tabung Bencana NSTP-Media Prima, in aid of victims of the earthquake in Padang, Indonesia, Typhoon Ketsana in Vietnam and the Philippines as well as the tsunami in Samoa.

All of the proceeds will be channeled to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ disaster fund, to enable Malaysians to help ease the burden from victims of natural disasters anywhere in the world. This fund was launched on the 4th of October 2009, and total contributions to date has surpassed RM1.2 billion.
